Preliminary hearing of the case should be done in open court
The court should do preliminary hearing of the case in open court. However, cases involving espionage, human trafficking and trafficking, sexual offenses, cases where children are accused or victims, violence against women, coercion, adultery or cases between husband and wife or any other case ordered by the court to be heard in closed court may be held in closed court.
